R-SMART

The R-SMART series of linear units are particularly suitable for heavy loads, large push-pull weights, strict working cycles, some cantilever or gantry installations, and operations on industrial automation production lines. 

The self-supporting structure of the extruded aluminum profiles after anodizing has a rectangular cross-section and is available in three specifications, ranging from 120mm to 220mm. The transmission is achieved by steel-reinforced polyurethane transmission belts. Another feature is that a dual-guide system is equipped with four or more circular ball bearing running blocks. There are multiple slider versions available to further enhance the load capacity. 

These linear units are most suitable for applications where there are extremely limited space requirements and very heavy loads, and where the machine cannot stop for routine system maintenance.
